The Kamas Valley History Group continues its quarterly program of history talks with the first in a series on the Hidden History of Kamas Valley – where “True Crime” meets personal misfortune and endeavor.

Please join us at 2pm on Saturday April 23rd at Kamas Library, 110 N. Main Street, Kamas, for “Rogues, Rascals and Reprobates”.

Our Chair, Deb Lambert, and her son Sean, will tell – with care and understanding – the story of three of Kamas Valley’s more interesting characters.

History is a series of guides and lessons from which we can learn. In no way can we fully understand the hardships and stresses, customs and acceptable behaviors of those living over one hundred years ago.

But by visiting stories like these we can to try to learn those important lessons.
